Abstract:
The OpenID for Verifiable Presentations 1.0 specification defines a protocol to request and receive presentations of credentials from wallets. It build on top of OAuth 2.0, while taking into account the specific requirements of interacting with wallets on mobile devices.
I have in particular contributed to the Digital Credentials Query Language (DCQL, pronounced [ˈdakl̩]), a JSON-based query language that replaced Presentation Exchange in OpenID4VP as the mechanism to express which credentials are requested by a verifier.
